Cancer Voices involvement in the National Pancreatic Cancer Roadmap
CVN member Gino Iori was nominated by Cancer Voices for the Cancer Australia Pancreatic Roadmap steering committee in late 2020.
Gino brings a carer’s perspective to all his consumer representative work. His brother passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2011 and following CIR training in 2014 he has been involved with researchers to bring about real project outcomes. Like many of us he is passionate about input into the research projects from the “consumer” (or community representative point of view) and how this leads to better projects and outcomes for all stakeholders.
