NSW Health’s ‘All of Us’ – a high-level guide for respectful engagement
Health Consumers NSW is proud to have been involved in producing “All of Us”, the NSW Health statewide framework for respectful consumer, carer and community engagement.
All of Us was co-created by a design crew of consumers, carers and staff across NSW. It was a pleasure to be part of the design crew and to share our experiences to create positive and respectful engagement tools.
All of Us is for staff engaging consumers, carers and communities in projects, research, events and committees. It is also for consumers, carers and communities, to know what to expect and to help move towards consumers driving agendas, projects and engagement.
The framework includes the six ways of working or ‘core ingredients that need to be in place across all forms of consumer engagement.
